Steel Beam Theatre, the professional non-equity theatre of the Fox River Valley, announces auditions for a new adaptation of Macbeth by William Shakespeare, directed by Sean Hargadon. Rehearsals begin in May.
Auditions are scheduled for Tuesday, February 26 at 7:00 pm at Steel Beam Theatre, 111 W Main St, St. Charles, IL 60174.
This will be the first Shakespeare production ever produced at Steel Beam Theatre. The intimate theatre will be part of a new streamlined adaptation that will keep the action up close and moving forward.
The production runs June 28 to July 14.
The audition will consist of readings from the script.
