Snow White and the Drag Queen Who Stole X-Mas
Chicago Reader - Somewhat Recommended
"...A drag mash-up of classic children's holiday specials, the show soars whenever writer-director Tony Lewis lets absurdity and trashiness reign. The queens strike bad 80s MTV poses and belt out Journey’s "Don't Stop Believing," for instance, while trying to rescue Snow White from the lair of the deliciously evil Madame Grinch. But too often the parody is tame and predictable and the pacing sluggish."
Chicago Stage Review - Highly Recommended
"...MidTangent Productions delivers a rousing and ruckus alternative to the Holiday celebrations with its delightful Snow White and the Drag Queen Who Stole X-mas. Reprising the wonderful camp and charming characters of their summer smash hit Snow White and the Seven Drag Queens, MidTangent continues its fairy tale relationship with Hydrate Nightclub by creating a seasonal sequel that is sure to roast your chestnuts and tantalize your Yule log."
