Description:

Corn Productions is now accepting submissions from actors of all ethnicities and genders for its upcoming production of PIE-TANIC A Show for Young Audiences. This comedic show requires some singing.

Claudia Carr has a dilemma. She's an award winning baker, yet she's afraid of pies! Her smartphone-obsessed daughter Felicity has the solution. An oceanic cruise of the maiden voyage of Pie-tanic, the world's first pie-themed cruise ship, with its state of the art "pi-fi" that runs everything on the ship. They encounter a sooth-saying kangaroo, a group of mud-worshipers, some wise-cracking virtual assistant apps along their journey.

All roles are being considered for each actor auditioning. Some actors will play multiple parts.

Compensation
Actors will receive a minimum of $100 for the entire run.

Auditions will be held at Corn Productions (4210 N. Lincoln Ave.) Saturday, March 25th from 12:00 - 3:00 PM. Callbacks will be held Tuesday, March 28th at 7 PM

Time Commitment:

The production will run Saturday and Sunday mornings at 11 AM with a 10 AM call time, from April 29th to May 27th. The show is under 1 hour in length. Rehearsals will be in March with dates depending on actor availability on weekday evenings and weekend days

Material To Prepare:

Please prepare a 60-90 second comedic monologue and 1 minute of a song for the audition. Please bring a hard copy of your headshot and resume to your appointment.
