CHICAGO KIDS COMPANY, a professional children's theater company now in its 30th season, is seeking male-identifying actors and swings for their summer 2023 production of "Pinocchio".
Performances will be held at the Beverly Arts Center (111th and Western, Chicago)
Cast members and swings receive a rehearsal stipend of $150, and $30 per performance.
We are seeking adult men who can act, dance, and sing-all types. The directing team is committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion in casting.
Auditions will be held on Tuesday, January 31 from 12-1pm at Chicago Kids Company, 4124 N. Nashville Ave. Chicago, IL. 60634.
Rehearsals will be held at CKC from April 24 thru May 5, 10am-3pm, weekdays only.
Tech and Dress rehearsals at the Beverly Arts Center are May 8 and 9, from 10am to 6pm.
Performances will be from May 10 thru August 4. CKC shows are presented on select weekday mornings at 10:30am. "Pinocchio" is a one-hour long musical.
COLD READING AND SINGING: We will be reading scenes and singing songs from "Pinocchio". No need to prepare anything.
