Open call auditions for the cast of The Christmas Schooner to presented December 2-11, 2022. A warm-hearted and family-oriented musical that tells the true story of the schooner that brought Christmas trees from northern Michigan to Chicago at the turn of the last century. A stirring tale of courage, love and loss, The Christmas Schooner reminds us of tradition, family and the contributions of those who choose to come to our shores with their ethnic heritage intact - all enhanced by a beautiful original score.

Rehearsals begin October 8 and are held M,W,F evenings and Sunday afternoons.
Please prepare to sing, and come with sheet music for, a musical theater selection in your primary vocal range. Readings will be held from the script.
