Chicago Kids Company, a professional children's theater company now in its 29th season, is currently seeking digital submissions for its 2021-2022 season.
Chicago Kids Company enriches the lives of the young children with their original classic fairy tale productions. All CKC shows are presented in four theaters around Chicagoland including The Beverly Arts Center (111th and Western, Chicago), The Stahl Family Theater (Belmont and Austin, Chicago), Metropolis Performing Arts Center (Arlington Heights) and Theater at The Center (Munster, Indiana)
Our upcoming season will include productions of Goldilocks and the Three Bears, Alice In Wonderland, Rapunzel, The Ugly Duckling and Mrs. Claus! A Holiday Musical.
All positions are paid! Performers and technicians receive a rehearsal stipend and are paid per performance.
We are seeking adult men and women who can act, dance, and sing. Chicago Kids Company is committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion in casting. All CKC shows rehearse for two weeks, typically between 10am and 6pm. CKC shows are presented on Weekday mornings at 10:30am, and select Weekends at 11am and 1:00pm. Rehearsals will be held in Chicago. Having a car is ideal, but not necessary.
