Rehearsals begin End of Sept/early October
Thursday-Sunday Mat Performances

Charles Schulz's beloved comic comes to life in Clark Gesner's classic musical, You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown. The whole gang is here: bossy Lucy is hopelessly in love with piano prodigy Schroeder who doesn't give her the time of day, perfectionist Sally is still mocking blanket-toting Linus, Snoopy is in the doghouse, and "blockhead," himself, Charlie Brown, is in rare form. Brief vignettes span the months from Valentine's Day to Beethoven Day, from wild optimism to utter despair

Characters:
Charlie Brown-Baritone- Male Identifying- Like most of us, someone who loses more than they win, and manages to carry on with hope and optimism which doesn't rob disappointment of its sting but makes of it a balm and balance to life.

Lucy Van Pelt-Mezzo Soprano- Female Identifying- Bossy, brassy, and taking no guff but finds the capacity for growth and self-reflection, despite STRONG outward facing instincts and first tendencies.

Linus Van Pelt-Baritone- Male Identifying-Wise for his years even in a setting of youth - serene in who he is and the general need for outside support and comfort - his comes in blanket form.

Schroder-Tenor- Male Identifying-Driven, disciplined reserved but with a passion which when revealed is Intense and inspiring.

Snoopy-Tenor- Any Gender Identity-Best friend, ace pilot, knows what they want and with an imagination as boundless as loyalty and capacity for love.

Sally Brown-Soprano- Female Identifying-Exploring who she is and will be, younger sister and maverick.

Wednesday Mat-Sunday Mat Performances
Rehearsal Schedule TBD

Anthony Rielly and Rosemary Muldoon have grown up next to each other on two farms in rural Ireland. Rosemary fell in love with Anthony at the age of six, and is convinced that he will eventually come to her. Anthony had his heart broken as a young man, and hasn't dared open it to another woman since. Forty years later, the two of them are still living next to each other, instead of together. With a small land feud happening between the two families, it seems unlikely that a romance will ever happen. Rosemary's determination, however, eventually brings the two of the together, and two unlikely souls eventually find happiness.

Characters:
Rosemary Muldoon (40's)

Anthony Reily (40's)

Tony Reily (Mid 70's)

Picasso At The Lapin Agile
By Steve Martin
Apr. 22-May. 22, 2022
Thursday-Sunday Mat Performances
Rehearsal Schedule TBD

Comedian Steve Martin's absurd comedy of historical fiction, Picasso at the Lapin Agile, has Albert Einstein and Pablo Picasso meet in a bar in Paris in 1904, the year before Einstein's theory of relativity and Picasso's transition into cubism. The two celebrities of science and art spar for their fields, surrounded by a cast of supporting characters from the turn of the century and beyond. The anachronistic, self-referential, and self-aware nature of this short one-act enraptures audiences into thinking about the role both science and art play in our lives, the men (and women) who inspire genius, and the philosophies that shape our world over the modern centuries.

Characters:
Albert Einstein (Mid 20's)

Freddy (40's-50's)

Picasso (Mid 20's)

Germaine (30's-40's)

Suzanne (Early 20's)

Sagot (30's-40's)

A Visitor (20's-30's)

Charles Dabernow Schmendiman (Mid 20's)

The Countess (30's)

Female Admirer (20's-30's)
