The Beverly Arts Center of Chicago will hold auditions for Belle and Beast for "Disney's Beauty and the Beast" to be performed in-person in our 400-seat Baffes Theatre following all CDC and state and local Guidelines for capacity limits, social-distancing, and sanitation.

Roles are for professional actors who work well with children and community members. The other roles in the production will be filled by children, teens, and community memvers.

Virtual auditions will be held on May 21 or 22, 2021. Virtual Callbacks will be held on May 23, 2021. Some rehearsals will be virtual, and we will move to in-person, following all CDC and state and local guidelines. Actors may wear mask, faceshield, or both based on their personal comfort level. No props, costumes, microphones, or dressing rooms will be shared. The performance would be staged using social distancing.

Belle-20's-30's-Kind person with a joy of life. An optimist who loves books and dancing cookware. Vocal range: E3 to F5 Pay $600

Beast-20's-30's- a spoiled royal who is transformed into a beast. Has a boiling temper but slowly cools down to show a warm heart. Vocal range: A2 to F4 Pay $600
