Valiant Theatre is seeking submissions for its first full-length production, the world premiere of Crisis of Faith: An Allegory for Reform by Nich Radcliffe. This adaptation modernizes the story of Martin Luther and the Reformation in the context of modern American politics, exploring the parallels between the Holy Roman Empire's distortion of Holy Scripture and the U.S. government's distortion of our own national scriptures, such as the Constitution.
Actors of all genders, ethnicities, abilities, body types, etc., are encouraged to apply. Please see below for the casting breakdown.
Privilege and injustice are prominent themes in this story. As such, casting will be conscious of who holds power and who resists it in the modern United States. We encourage actors of all races and genders to apply.
