Corn Productions
Titus Andronikids

Pay: Stipend

Description:

Corn Productions is now accepting submissions from actors of all ethnicities and genders for its upcoming production of TITUS ANDRONIKIDS written and directed by company member Gus Thomas. Spanish speakers are strongly encouraged to apply. All roles will be played by adult actors.

The children of Rome Elementary have turned the playground into a battlefield where no one is safe, not even their dysfunctional and burnt out teacher. As tensions rise between the cliques of resident bully Silas and too-cool-for-school Tammy, our hero, Tito, who never takes off his superhero costume, will attempt to bring peace. Snot rockets will be fired, hair will be pulled, and parents will be called. After all, war is a very childish thing. Inspired by one of Shakespeare's bloodiest tragedies, TITUS ANDRONIKIDS is an outrageous tragicomedy that will leave you (and some of the kids) in stitches. So grab your wheelie backpack and paw patrol lunchbox, we're heading to battle.

Time Commitment:

The production will run Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 8:00 pm starting April 16 through May 23. Rehearsals will begin late February/early March depending on actor availability. They will run weekday evenings as well as weekends during the day depending on actors' schedules.
