Eclectic Full Contact Theatre is now accepting submissions for its upcoming Chicago premiere of "The Rough Guide to the Underworld" by David J Loehr. A mythical, metaphysical comedy, "The Rough Guide to the Underworld" is a tour like none you've ever been on before. With characters such as Mark Twain, Hades, Medea, and Guy Fieri, it's truly a HELL of a comedy!

Rehearsals start March 17th, tech starts April 27th, previews begin May 5th, and the show runs May 8th-June 6th in Studio 1 at the Athenaeum Theatre 2936 N Southport Ave. Pay is $150

Auditions will be Saturday January 25th from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. in Studio 1 at the Athenaeum Theatre. Auditions will consist of sides. Please see casting breakdown below.

SEEKING: Actor #1: Male-identifying, Caucasian/Asian/Latinx -plays Mark Twain, an author of some renown, apparently
Bobby Gould, a movie producer in Hell
Jean-Michel Alatriste, a famed undersea explorer
Erwin Schrodinger, a physicist

Actor #2: Male-identifying, Actor of Color-plays Troubador. Must play guitar, sing, and have good physical comedy background.
