Roselle Repertiore Theatre announces auditions for its all-ages production of Shrek The Musical! All roles are open.
Audition dates:
Monday, December 16th . Children 8-14 years old dance only audition. 6:00pm - 7:30pm - No need to sign up. Just have your child come and audition.
Tuesday, December 17th. Children auditions(singing and reading) 3:30pm to 8:30pm
Wednesday, December 18th. Adult auditions *15 and older (singing and reading ) 4:30pm to 8:00pm
Friday, December 20th - Callbacks 6:30 - 8:30pm
All auditions located at 10 N. Roselle Rd, Roselle, IL 60172
*There is no fee for adults to participate, but there may be a small costume fee. There is a fee for children.
Rehearsals are Sunday (1-5pm) Monday and Tuesday 7pm to 10pm in Roselle. Rehearsals begin in January. Performance dates: Friday, March 27th with two shows on Saturday, March 28th and a Sunday afternoon show, March 29th at Lake Park High School Auditorium.
Upon signing up for an audition slot, you will receive an email with material to prepare. You may be asked to read from the script.

To sign up for an individual child or adult audition time visit the Roselle Park District site and follow the directions below. (Again, adults are considered 15 years and up!).
1) sign into Rparks.org
2) Click on Register (top right)
3) If you have an account you can sign in. If you don't have an account you can create one by clicking on "Need an Account?"
4) Highlight/Click on Cultural Arts under Activity types
5) In the keyword search type Shrek or 324577 in the activity number field
6) Scroll down to the audition choices and pick a time slot by clicking on the + sign on the left. Children Auditions are listed first (Tuesday) Adults are further down (Wednesday)
7) click on add to cart and sign up for an individual time slot
