Keeping children safe is the most important job as a parent, and the North Suburban YMCA is making it possible to give all 2nd graders swim safety. The NSYMCA has partnered with CCSD21 and Eugene Field School to start a swim safety program to every 2nd grader called 2 Seconds 2 Long. Two seconds can be all it takes for someone to drown. Teaching children how to be safe around water is not a luxury; it is a necessity. The North Suburban YMCA is dedicated to making sure every child learns the essential water safety skills.

We are looking for 2 actors for 7 school assemblies. This pays $35.00 per rehearsal and additional compensation for travel ($0.54/mile). The school assemblies will be 2 ½ hour long shows. The assemblies will be scheduled around the actor's schedules.
