Bechdel Fest 7: Momentum
Description:
Now in its seventh iteration, BECHDEL FEST is a short-play festival featuring a cast of actors (she/her/them/they) playing characters who talk about things other than men. This year's festival is again hosted at the Steppenwolf 1700 Theatre, August 25-28.
We are seeking actors (she/her/they/them) of all ages and types.
Time Commitment:
3-6 rehearsals between July and August, dates and times TBD by the directors. Tech will be held during the day on August 24th.
Material To Prepare:
Please prepare one monologue, no more than 1 minute in length. These plays cover a wide variety of genres, so perform a piece that you are most comfortable with.
