Description:

Casting The Blind, an intense one act play written by Noble Prize winner Maurice Maeterlinck in the public domain. The show chronicles the existence of twelve blind depersonalized beings stranded in a forest outside of time and space. As they struggle to find a way out of their tragic situation they cling desperately to hope, God, and each other. The Blind will have four performances on July 12th, 13th, 18th, and 19th.

Saturday, June 1st 12:00pm - 5:00pm
Sunday, June 2nd 2:00pm - 7:00pm

We're looking from performers from all backgrounds including musicians, actors, dancers, and singers to form a diverse, collaborative ensemble for the production. We are looking to find performers from all walks of life and do not discriminate based on race, age, gender, physical ability or sexual orientation.

A stipend will be provided.
