The Miracle Center provides a unique opportunity for Chicago teens. Unlike other educational/training programs where teen actors have to pay to participate, The Miracle Center partners with After School Matters and treats this as a professional opportunity. The teens who perform in The Little Mermaid will receive a stipend rivaling many Chicago theatre companies. In order to audition, you must be a Chicago resident and a rising high school freshman through a graduated high school senior. Program runs from July 1st-August 12th, 2019.

Audition Dates:
Saturday, June 1st 12:00-4:00pm, dance call 3:30pm
Tuesday, June 4th and Wednesday, June 5th 4:00-7:00pm, dance call 6:30pm
Rehearsals:
Mondays-Thursdays July 1st-25th 9:00am-1:00pm
No Rehearsal on July 4th
Tech Week:
Monday, July 29th-Friday August 2nd 9:00am-2:00pm
Pick-Up Rehearsals:

One 32 bar cut (about 1 minute or a verse and chorus) of a Disney or musical theatre song in the style of the show
