The Old Creamery Theatre of Amana, Iowa is seeking submissions from non-Equity male and female performers for its 2019 school touring production of Character Round-Up! Cast members will collaborate with the creative team to adapt original stories written by students in grades 1 through 6 into a 45 minute original musical production that will tour Iowa schools for 13 weeks in the spring of 2019. Actors will play a variety of dynamic characters based on stories submitted by the students.

Rehearsals begin January 21st; touring begins February 18 and closes May 17. Touring is Monday through Friday and generally tours out and back daily from Amana. Compensation is a weekly stipend of $225 plus housing and a $7 per day lunch per diem daily for tour days with morning and afternoon performances (which is most days Monday through Friday).
