William Gillette, an internationally acclaimed Broadway star, made famous for his portrayal as Sherlock Holmes, invites his fellow cast members to his Connecticut castle during a weekend in 1936 December. When one of his guests is stabbed to death, the merriment quickly turns murderous. Gillette takes a page out of Sherlock Holmes's playbook and takes it upon himself to stop the killer before the next victim is claimed. Dangerous and hilarious, this is a classic "Whodunit" set during the Christmas holiday.
The Game's Afoot will run for three weekends beginning February 8th and will perform Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays until February 24th.
Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script.
