Out On A Whim is seeking female, or non-binary/femme presenting performers to join the cast of Improvised Dungeons and Dragons!
Out On A Whim produces magical, improvised theatrical experiences with a relatively high budget, multiple directors, and a large rotational cast. If cast, the opportunity to join the team for opening acts and Improvised Fairytales is an option, but not a requirement.
We are looking for female or non-binary/femme presenting performers with significant improv experience. More traditional theatrical experience, and knowledge of the fantasy genre/DnD is preferred, but definitely not a requirement!
Auditions will be held at Piper's Alley, room 202
Dungeons and Dragons rehearsals take place most Sundays 3pm-5pm on the North Side of Chicago. Times and locations of performances vary, and performers do not need to perform every show.
The audition will consist of montage style improv with other auditioners. We will ask you to use the fantasy genre as your suggestion.
