An early morning home invasion leads to a very bad day for Rosemary Ward. Once the Police start asking questions and the suspect list grows shorter, Rosemary finds herself against the wall. One man emerges who will make her life a living, breathing hell if she does not comply with his wishes. It's a battle of wits and cons but only one person will emerge victorious. The question is: Who will survive and what will be left of their soul?

Seeking:
HUGHES: African American, Late 30s-50s: Cop who generally walks the straight and narrow, but is willing to bend the rules now and then. Works and is friends with RENZO. Easy going and genial, until he's not.

ROSEMARY (U/S ONLY) Caucasian, Mid 40s - Early 50s: Widow, painter. Takes risks to protect what is hers. Smart and resourceful, but can be overconfident and even reckless. Doesn't scare easily.

AURORA: Non-white, 20s: ROSEMARY'S daughter, law student. Often finds herself playing the parent to her mother. Smart and not afraid to speak her mind.

JAIME: Latino, 20s-30s. Street-smart opportunist who frequently works with RENZO in his dirty dealings. Underestimated by those around him. His callousness does have its limits.

RENZO: Caucasian, 40s-50s. Corrupt cop. His dirty dealings and family circumstances are catching up to him, making him a ticking time bomb. Desperately trying to maintain control over his situation.
