Towle Theater seeks strong male & female actors for Pageant Play, a comedy by Mark Setlock & Matthew Wilkas. Opening February 23, 2018. All rehearsals and performances will take place at the Towle Theater in Hammond, IN.
Audition Date: Saturday, November 4 from 10:15am-2:45pm
Audition Location:
Stage 773, 1225 W. Belmont, Chicago, IL 60657. South side of Belmont, between Lakewood and Racine. Located just a few blocks west of the Belmont Red/Brown/Purple stop also accessible via the #77 Belmont bus.

Welcome to the hilarious, terrifying and surreal world of child beauty pageants. Pinky Corningfield will do anything to make sure her little angel wins the ultimate title, Supreme Queen. When Marge, a newcomer to the pageant circuit, shows up and starts grabbing all the glory, Pinky and her minions, Bob and Bobby, use some unorthodox methods in order to ensure her darling, Chevrolet, is victorious. Glitz. Glamour. Kidnapping. Money. Really, really small false teeth.
Character Descriptions:
Pinky: (30's) Mother of Chevrolet.
Marge: (30's) Mother of Puddle. Actor also plays Pinky's Drunk Mother
Bobby: (30's) A Pageant Coach. Actor also plays Buddy (Husband of Marge)
Bob: (30's) A Pageant Coach. Actor also plays Gunnar (Husband of Pinky)
A few rehearsals may occur before the end of the year. Full schedule will start after Jan 8.
