But in “The Music and the Mirror,” her big number, she’s obviously struggling right where Cassie should be at her most irresistibly effortless. Even her duet with Zach (Sean M.G. Caron)—her ex-lover, as well as the person judging her audition—would be more effective relying solely on their acting, though clearly the characters’ love language is dance."

Mike (Tyler Meyer) and his "That I Can Do" was a cute number and the three ladies doing "At The Ballet: is always a place where a great deal of emotion pours from these wannabees. By the way, the music by Marvin Hamlisch with lyrics by Edward Kleban is right on!"
