The resident company, the side project, specializes in new works, as well as local premieres, and inventive stagings of less-performed published works. The season typically includes 6-8 productions as well as Harvest, a monthly staged reading series of local writers. Additionally, The Side Project's Visting Artist Series allows 2 or 3 companies each year to perform their entire season at the space. With over 15 productions a year, there is always something happening at The Side Project.
