In The Lost Boy, viewers will journey along with James M. Barrie -- the creator of Peter Pan -- as he returns to his hometown in Scotland to visit his mother, disenchanted with fame and still riddled with guilt over the long-ago death of his older brother. Haunted by the past and hurt by his mother's harsh words, Barrie turns to an unexpected friendship and his magical way with words to confront his family's tragic past and finally put it to rest. The Cuckoo's Theater Project presents this touching, fictionalized account of the birth of Peter Pan at Chicago Dramatists Theatre.
