From 1948-1991 Apartheid ravaged South Africa with it racially systemic powers. Not until 1994 was there an election that allowed people of all races, colors and creeds to vote on the political system that would guide South Africa. Two I intertwined families from the Karoo struggle to find there footing in what is supposed to be the "New South Africa".
