"...This year's circus could use a couple of novel new acts, or at least retain traditional gee-whiz acts like trapeze artists or those daredevil motorcyclists who race within a steel globe, missing each other by centimeters. This year's only new eye catcher was a group of bungee jumpers who plummet from the rafters, their day-glo costumes making beautiful shifting color arrangements in the darkened arena. Still, there is enough overall quality to satisfy people who make a visit to the circus an essential of their entertainment year. And the comparatively low ticket prices and the free parking are welcome enticements."
