Sometimes, when the Zeitgeist gets too heavy, the only way to deal with it is comedy. The reason we have The Daily Show and The Colbert Report is the same reason we have the new sketch show, Return to Sender. Thunder Where creates sketches from the headlines, and invites the audience to honestly examine themselves and their points of view throughout the show as the relatable characters bring pressing issues closer to home.
