Based on actual events, Fur Elites is an absurd parlor musical about trying to find your light in a world that seems determined to eclipse you. A small and quiet boy living in a big, bold city, Denny works as an assistant at Ecnayonna Furs, a high-end retail fur shop in the city's ritzy shopping district. And it seems like any way Denny turns, he comes face to face with yet another oddball character -- whether it be a former model, a wildly wealthy global elite, an international fur dealer or even an illustrious vagabond.
