The Odd Couple at Oil Lamp Theater

When slovenly sportswriter Oscar Madison takes in his neurotic neat freak friend Felix Ungar after Felix's wife throws him out, all comic hell breaks loose. The two men get into increasingly heated squabbles over the state of Oscar's apartment, and a hilarious double date with the attractive Pigeon sisters comes to an unexpected and comedic conclusion. Debuting on Broadway in 1965, the Tony Award-winning comedy inspired a movie starring Walter Matthau and Jack Lemmon and a TV series starring Tony Randall and Jack Klugman. Now Oil Lamp Theater stages a fresh production starring Steve Zeal as Felix and Chris Miller as Oscar.
