Geborkoff’s adaptations of nine folktales from around the world, have artfully fashioned an evening of promenade-style theater in which the audience literally wanders. As we move down a moonlit path and through a deep, dark wood (a huge paper-and-paint forest built in the high-ceilinged ballroom of the Preston Bradley Center), the immediacy of the environmental experience makes even the best-known stories ("Hansel and Grethel," for example) seem new."
