Clown Car to Sicily is a musical sketch comedy group, and we are holding auditions for new members looking for a long term commitment.
We are an independent group, and we have collaborated with many talented actors, writers, musical directors, and directors in Chicago. We perform show runs throughout the city, and have participated in festivals annually, including the Chicago Sketch Comedy Festival, Chicago Women's Funny Festival, and the Chicago Nerd Comedy Festival.
We are a collection of nerds, and we use those themes in each of our performances. We also do use musical improv, and will ask you to do some musical improv for the audition.
Auditions will be held at Perceptual Motion Dance Studio

Clown Car to Sicily rehearses weekly on Thursday evenings, 7:30 - 9:30 PM, at Perceptual Motion Dance Studio.

Come to the audition dressed in comfortable clothing and shoes you can move in. No prepared song or scene is needed.
