Revival of James Sherman's comedy THE GOD OF ISAAC, directed by Dennis Zacek, Piven Theatre Workshop, July 8 -Aug 27, 2017.
Seeking:
ACTOR 1 M 50-60, Multiple Roles including Isaac's father, a rabbi, and a Holocaust Survivor.
ACTOR 2 M 30-40. Multiple roles including impressions of Marlon Brando in "On The Waterfront" and Henry Fonda in "The Grapes Of Wrath."
Time Commitment:
Rehearsals begin Mid May, evenings, some Saturday daytimes. Performances Friday-Sundays, July 8 - Aug. 27. Possible occasional Wednesday/Thursday evening additional performances.
Material To Prepare:
One contemporary monologue, not to exceed 90 Seconds. Second contrasting piece prepared if asked.
