Jackalope Theatre Company is holding understudy auditions for The Snare by Samantha Beach, directed by Elana Boulos.
Seeking Male understudy ranging in age from 35-40 years.
Understudy Responsibilities:
- Attends as many rehearsals as they can, and works closely with Assistant Director as point person.
- 3 understudy rehearsals with Assistant Director (Date TBD based on actor availability)
- 1 understudy run for invited guests and Jackalope. (Date TBD based on actor availability)
- Must be available and in the city of Chicago for all performances (Thur - Sat at 8:00pm and Sunday 3pm)
- Must be off book by First day of tech (February 13th)
First Rehearsal: January 9, 2017
First Tech: February 13, 2017
Previews: February 22 - 27, 2017
Opening: February 28, 2017
Closing: April 1, 2017
Potential Extension Closing: April 8, 2017
All performances and rehearsals take place at the Broadway Armory Park.
