Refuge Theatre Project is hosting auditions for the remainder of 2017 season - The Chicago Premieres of Things to Ruin: The Songs of Joe Iconis and Lysistrata Jones.

Strongly seeking actors of all ethnicities for both shows, ages 18-35. For Lysistrata Jones, any experience with Cheer or Basketball is desirable.

Audition Dates: Feb. 4th and 5th. Callbacks for Things to Ruin will be Feb. 12th at Refuge Records, 1415 N. Ashland. Callbacks for Lysistrata Jones will be Apr. 3rd and Apr. 10th, location TBA.

Auditions will be held at Refuge Records - 1415 N. Ashland

Things to Ruin
Rehearsals: Mid April - Early May
Performances - May - June

Lysistrata Jones
Rehearsals: Mid/Late Aug
Performances: Mid/Late Sept - Oct.

Material To Prepare:

Please prepare 2 contrasting contemporary 32-bar selections that demonstrate story-telling and vocal range. For Lysistrata Jones, you may also prepare a spoken word/rap piece as well.
