Description:

Nameless Mountains is a new play by Megan Donahue, presented by Accomplice Theatre. On a fateful night in 1899, in Dawson City, Yukon Territory, a group of misfits gets snowed in at a brothel. Forced to confront personal history and social pressure, as well as sex, nature, violence, religion, and queerness, conflict erupts and passions collide.

Auditions will be held at Northside Baptist Church, 5244 N. Lakewood

Roles Needed:
We're looking for three female-identified performers

Francesca (35-50)--The madam of the establishment. No-nonsense and supremely capable, but still caring. She has good judgement and isn't scared of much.

Corabelle (20-30)-- A prostitute at the brothel. Bossy, demanding, causes a fair bit of trouble. Smart with sharp edges.

Mandy (18-22)--The youngest prostitute at the brothel. Cheerful, enthusiastic, remarkably well-adjusted and well-intentioned. Annoys the other women regularly, has no idea.

Time Commitment:

There are two read-through dates in December, followed by a regular rehearsal schedule in January and February. Rehearsal schedule TBA, but will consist of weeknights and weekends.
Tech week begins: February 12
Run: February 16- March 11, Thursday-Sat, 7:30 PM

Material To Prepare:

2 contrasting contemporary monologues, keep the whole thing under four minutes, please.
