Description:

TUTA Theatre is seeking non-equity men, late 30s-50s, with strong language skills, for their upcoming production of Gentle by F.M. Dostoevsky adapted and directed by Zeljko Djukic.

Role: Pawnbroker (Late 30s-50s. M.): A business man who has been burned one too many times and is determined to get what he wants by any means necessary. A charming, elegant man whose intrigue for a young woman manifests in a possessive love.

Auditions will be held at TUTA Theatre, 4670 N. Manor, Chicago, IL

Time Commitment:

There will be a short workshop period in late November/early December. Rehearsals begin in January. The show opens February 21 and runs through March 26. Performances are Thursdays-Saturdays at 7:30 and Sundays at 3:00.
