Elgin Community College Musical Theatre announces auditions for its summer production of the musical BIG FISH-Twelve Chairs Version.
Auditions are open to ages 16 and up. Auditions are Monday evening May 9 from 7-10pm; Saturday, May 14 from noon-3pm; callbacks will be Monday, May 16 from 7-10pm.
Rehearsal begin Monday, June 6 and continue Monday through Thursday evenings from 6 to 10 pm. BIG FISH opens Friday, July 29 and runs weekends through Sunday, August 7.
Please prepare a Broadway musical selection to sing (do not sing a song from BIG FISH). Bring a copy of the music for the accompanist in a 3-ringed binder (no a cappella or taped accompaniment). Wear comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear for the dance audition.
