The Wilmette Center for the Arts announces auditions for the spring production of THE MUSIC MAN directed by Aaron Henrickson.
We are currently looking for adult actors and child actors who are going into 5th grade and older.
General auditions will be on the evenings of December 4th from 4:30-7 and December 7th from 6-8, with callbacks on the evening of December 8th or 10th.
Rehearsals begin January 11th and a tentative rehearsal schedule will be available at auditions. Performances are Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, March 4-13.
Please prepare 16 - 32 bars of a song in the style of the show best shows off your voice (a cappella or with sheet music.) For those who wish to be considered for the roles of Harold Hill or Marian Paroo, please prepare a monologue not to exceed 1 minute in length.
