CenterStage in Lake Forest announces Non-Equity auditions for the iconic American tragedy, Arthur Miller's Death Of A Salesman, directed by Barbara Anderson. Auditions will be held on Sunday, December 6, from Noon to 4 PM; and on Monday, December 7, from 7:00 to 10:00 PM, at the Gorton Community Center, 400 East Illinois Rd., Lake Forest, IL 60045, easily accessible by car from the Edens/41 or a 5-minute walk from the Union Pacific/Metra North Line Lake Forest train station.
Needed are 8 men, ranging in age from early 30's to 70's; and 4 women, ranging from 20's to 50's.
Callbacks will be held at the same location on Wednesday, December 9 and/or Thursday, December 10, from 7:00 to 10:30 PM.
Rehearsals begin in early January. The show performs Thurs., Fri., Sat. March 3-5 at 8 PM; Wed., Fri., Sat., March 9, 11, 12, at 8 PM; & Sun., March 6 & 13 at 3 PM.
Please prepare any 20th-century dramatic monologue, no longer than one and a half minutes. You will also cold read a monologue from the show.
