Theater Polonia Stage is holding non-equity auditions Alice In Wonderland. We are seeking actors for the children's theater musical open to ages 20 and up, all ethnicities are welcome. Actors should be open to possibility of playing more than one role. Ensemble: 9-12 ensemble members to play the following roles: White Rabbit, Caterpillar, Duchess, Cheshire Cat, Mad Hatter, March Hare, Dormouse, Soldiers (Two, Five, Seven), King of Hearts, and Queen of Hearts.
Auditions will be held at 6059 W. Irving Park, Chicago, IL 60634
Pay: Artists receive a stipend $150-250
Rehearsals begin: September 12th 2015, run for 4 weeks Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays
Performance dates: 3-5 shows only (October/November 2015)
Please prepare a contemporary monologue no longer than 90 seconds; acapella song-memorized (16-32 bars or just under a minute). Sides will be provided for the call back auditions.
