Lost Girls is a female-based parody of the 1987 Keifer Sutherland / Corey Feldman movie Lost Boys. Having just moved to a new town, two sisters discover that the local kids are really vampires. This action packed comedy brings all the laughs, and strong female leads kicking some vampire butt Buffy the Vampire Slayer-style. Callbacks will be on Tuesday, June 2nd during half hour slots between 7-10pm in Logan Square.
Casting all types. Movement and combat experience are a plus.
The auditions will be at Pendulum Theatre, 1803 W. Byron, Sunday, May 31st in ten minute slots between 5:30pm and 9:30pm.
Rehearsals will be in September and October on Saturday afternoons, Sunday evenings, (and Tuesday evenings in October) at Li'l Buds Theatre, 1206 W Rosedale Ave.
Performances will be 10pm Thu-Sat and 7:30pm Sun, running from 11/12-11/22 at the Heartland, 7016 N Glenwood Ave, Chicago.
Please prepare a one minute comedic monologue, bring your headshot and resume, and wear clothes you can do stage combat in. Also, be prepared to list your rehearsal and performance conflicts at auditions.
