An appalling situation; a bridegroom wakes on his wedding morning in his own bridal suite, with his bride-to-be about to arrive any moment, and finds a strange girl in bed beside him. What's more, an extremely attractive girl whom, in the depths of his post stag-night hangover, he can't remotely remember even having been introduced to. Worse - during the ensuing panic to get the stranger dressed and out of the way, the bride arrives and the girl is trapped in the bathroom. The only way out of the dilemma is to persuade the best man to pretend that the hidden girl is his girl friend. Then the problem is that the best man's real girl friend has to be kept ignorant of the fact. By the time the bride's parents and half the hotel staff get in on the act, the chaos reaches nuclear proportions!

Character Descriptions:
Rachel - (20's-30's) The bride-to-be. Daughter of wealthy parents. Works very hard at her immaculate appearance. Rachel is strong, organized, in-control, and as patient as could possibly be expected with her idiot, soon-to-be husband.

Bill - (20's-30's) About to marry his beautiful, intelligent college sweetheart, it makes no sense for Bill to be anything but elated. And yet he's a complete wreck, and he can't remember what he did last night. As honest and good-hearted a man as has ever lived, accept for lying to his fiance.

Tom - (20's-30's) Bill's best man, Tom has known Rachel and Bill for their entirety of their "perfect" relationship. Although he is handsome and frequently dating, he just can't find anyone who lives up to the standards set by Bill and Rachel.

Judy - (20's-30's) Tom's latest girlfriend. Strikingly, effortlessly beautiful. A sweet, emotional young woman who cares for others instinctively and hates to hurt anyone. She does remember what Bill did last night.

Julie - (20's-30's) The chamber maid at the bed and breakfast where Bill and Rachel will be married today. Dragged into the kinky deceptions of these depraved guests, she is never afraid to offer her moral opinions of their antics, even as she is forced to play along.

Daphne - (40's-50's) Rachel's mother, trying to prepare her daughter to walk down the aisle. All she cares for is her daughter's happiness. She would also prefer her husband was not arrested.

Material To Prepare:

Prepare a 1 Minute Comedic monologue with Standard British Accent. You may be asked to read from the script.
