Midsommer Flight seeks diverse cast of all ages, types, and ethnicities for summer production of Shakespeare's Macbeth, touring to four Chicago parks over eight weeks in July and August. All performances and most rehearsals will be held outdoors.
Seeking diverse cast; Hispanic and African American actors encouraged to submit. Also seeking actor combatants with strong fight skills, including a young woman to play Fleance/Macduff's Son/Young Siward.
Rehearsals begin on or around June 1, Monday through Thursday evenings, and Saturday daytimes. Performances run July 11 to August 30, Saturdays at 6pm and Sundays at 2pm, touring to four Chicago parks. Actors must be available for ALL performances, no exceptions.
Please prepare one 1-2 minute classical monologue.
