A-Squared Theatre Workshop, a non-equity company, is holding auditions for their spring production of Cowboy vs. Samurai by Michael Golamco, a romantic comedy set in present day Breakneck, Wyoming, opens May 15, 2015 running Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays through June 7, 2015.
We are seeking two Asian-American actors, one Asian-American actress, all mid 20s-mid 30s, and one Caucasian actor, mid 20s-mid 30s.
Auditions will be held on January 31, 2015 at North Shore Baptist Church, 5244 N. Lakewood, Chicago, IL from 12:30 pm to 5:15 pm AND on February 6, 2015 at Japanese American Service Committee (JASC) 4427 N. Clark St., Chicago, IL from 6:30 pm to 8:45 pm. CALLBACKS will be held on February 13, 2015 at JASC, 4427 N. Clark St., Chicago, IL from 6:30 pm to 8:45pm.
Please prepare 1 comic monologue no longer than 2 minutes and sides will be provided at the audition.
