Forget Me Not Theatre Company is seeking 4 Men, 1 Woman and 1 Either for the World Premiere of The Impossible Adventures Of Supernova Jones by Aaron Senser.

Space explorer Supernova Jones has set off on a mission to find the "True Center of the Universe" after the destruction of the Earth. Although it begins as a tongue-in-cheek homage to old pulp sci-fi television, it quickly becomes apparent that all is not as it seems. As the true nature of his story is revealed, Jones must chose between giving up what he has left behind or fighting for the impossible.

Presented as part of our New Work Series, the playwright is invited into the rehearsal room for part of the process. We seek to work alongside a playwright while challenging his or her perception of what the work needs to be in an effort to bring their world to life in the most vibrant way possible.

Character Description
SUPERNOVA JONES - A space explorer hurtling into the unknown. Believes nothing is impossible. Old enough to have a 12 year old kid. (Stage Combat experience encouraged)

S.A.M. - Supernova Jones' trusty robot partner. Always ready for another adventure with Supernova. Appears to be 12, though might actually be 1200. Gender Neutral.

EVELYN - Supernova Jones' wife. Waiting for his return, though not necessary patiently. Old enough to have a 12 year old kid.

HASH - A mysterious space ranger. Dashing, charming and likable. A true cowboy. (Stage Combat experience encouraged)

THE COMANDER/DR SOLOMON - Supernova Jones' superior and/or a weary, yet kind, doctor.

THE SONS OF CAIN - Ageless strange figures from beyond the stars. (Stage Combat experience encouraged)
