he Viable Theater Company is holding auditions for "Featherstone", a psychoanalytic comedy set in a marriage counselor's office. Roles are Dr. Featherstone (male/female, 40s), Megan Featherstone (male/female, 20s), Jayne (female, 30s-40s), and Thomas (male, 30s-40s). Two sets of actors will be cast, each to act as understudy for the other. The A Cast will perform Fridays and Saturdays; the B Cast will perform Sundays.
There will be pay, split evenly among the artists, when the production goes into profit.
Previous productions of the Viable Theater Company ("The Observatory", "Venus Envy", "Killing Angela" and the sketch series Suspicious Clowns) have all gathered good press and audiences. Artists committed to serious stage work - especially for a comedy - are encouraged to audition.
