The Marriott Theatre is seeking AEA and non-AEA male dancers with strong technique and tap for <em>La Cage aux Folles</em>. The audition will be held on Thursday, September 11th, at 10am for AEA and non-AEA men, at the Marriott Theatre Rehearsal Warehouse (1342 Barclay Blvd, Buffalo Grove, 60089). Please bring jazz and tap shoes, an updated H/R or Comp Sheet, plus 16 bars up-tempo and ballad with music in your key. An accompanist will be provided. No young performers under 18. Acrobatic skills a plus. All ethnicities welcome. All roles require singing. <em>La Cage aux Folles</em> does not have a female dance ensemble. Please note: all male dancers will be required to portray women, which may include wearing and dancing in women's clothing, high heels, wigs, and make-up. Only audition if you are comfortable with performing in drag.
