Theatre Momentum is holding auditions for our upcoming production, "Consequence", on Wednesday, July 30th and Sunday, August 3rd. We are seeking to cast 10-12 total players. These auditions are a little different than your average audition, and we think this will be a great way to get to know your actual skills and ensemble dynamics.

Consequence will be an ongoing serialized performance, with every actor playing the same role throughout the production. Each week's performance will fold in the narratives of the previous performances, creating an expanding world of complex lives. Actions have consequences.

Given TM's unique "Improv as Theatre" style, we will be approaching the audition process as an audition for a 3-week intensive workshop-style session, in which you will get to know each other as performers, and in which the Artistic Director can get to know more about your skills than would be evident in a regular audition. From the 3-week intensive, the Artistic Director will select the cast of "Consequence".

Auditions are just for Consequence, and any future productions will be cast independently, so you only need to commit to one production, and if you wish to audition in the future, you will have the opportunity at a later date.

The auditions will run 7-10 PM on Wednesday, July 30th and 12-3 PM on Sunday, August 3rd. Auditioners are expected to remain the entire audition time, so please plan accordingly.

Auditions will be held at the Theatre Momentum Studio, 1800 W. Cornelia Ave.
