Assassins is Stephen Sondheim's landmark musical about the Presidential assassins and would-be assassins exploring the darker side of the American Dream.
Auditions will be held at Sherman Recital Hall Governors State University 1 University Parkway University Park, IL 60484
Performances will take place at Governors State University Center for Performing Arts on Friday, February 1 and Saturday, February 2.
Prepare a 2-3 minute song selection from Sondheim or two 1-minute selections from Sondheim shows. If you chose two shorter selections, please make sure they are in contrast; for example: uptempo and ballad or comedic and dramatic. Your vocal audition should highlight your range and your ability to sing Sondheim.
