Ambitious dancer makes her way to Vegas where she strips in a seedy club. After lap dancing her way to the top of the Vegas entertainment industry, how long can the new showgirl stay there?

Showgirl 1: (Female)
Young, hungry, stripper turned showgirl.

Showgirl 2: (Female or female impersonator)
- Older, seasoned showgirl
- Must sing and dance
Seamstress:
Level-headed, no non-sense best-friend to showgirl 1
- Must sing and dance
- African-American a plus
Male Lead:
Sleazy businessman with power in the entertainment industry
- Some singing required
Dance instructor character:
Bossy, loud, slightly bitchy male dance instructor
- Dance experiences a plus
- Red hair a plus
- Singing experience not necessary
Auditions will be held at the Center on Halsted in conference roon #205.
Rehearsals begin August with performances on weekend of October 12-14.
1-minute drama monologue. Be prepared to read a scene from our production.
You will also be asked to sing 1 or 2 sections of a song.
